The voyage of GC University Faisalabad was started in 1897 as a Municipal Middle School. It was housed in the building of the present Govt. College for Women Karkhana Bazar, Faisalabad, and was upgrade to High School in September 1905. In 1916, the provincial government took over the administration of this institute and moved it to the present building. It became Intermediate College in 1924 and Degree College in October 1933 and a Postgraduate College in 1963. The college had a great record of excellence. Rainbow in faisalabad Sep 2 2009

hi fellows and well come to my faisalabad 4u blog, where you can find almost every thing related to our beloved city faisalabad. so you are waiting for my new post, rite? so i am here with brand new pictures and photo shots of RAINBOW in faisalabd, i shoot these images on SEP 2, 2009. when it was raining i was in my office doing my reguler routine works, and the office boy told me the it is rainging out side, and i open the window of my office to see the pleasent scene, i was surprised to see that i am in heaven, the faisalabad was looking so beautiful, i came out for some drive. and when i was on satiana road, i see the rainbow in front of me... i call to my FRIEND to informe about the rainbow. and after that i plan to capture the rainbow images to add them on my blog. so i am here adding the pictures of rainbow scenes shooted by me with my cell phone camera N95 8gb, and you are or one is not authorise to use these images without my permission. thanks. happy rainy day.

ptcl upgrade adsl packages on 23 march

hi fellows and dear readers..today on 23rd march 2009, ptcl broadband pakistan announce in the news papers and on its official website that all packages are upgraded to double speed, for example..normal dsl package was 512 kbps for Rs.1195 / month. and now this adsl broadband package is upgraded to 1 mb with out any extra cost. and after now there is no adsl connection of 512 mbps. all other braodband connections also upgraded to their double speeds as well.
its very very good offer and there is no other company in pakistan who offer this type of dsl connectivity.ptcl also announce that all new connection of pakistan braodbands are not starts from 1024 mbps in the same cost of 512 mbps.
the banifits of high speed dsl are not comparable with any type of dialup, with high speed adsl braodband connectivity we can do our work in half time, doctors can operate from distance, students can find their data in half of time, and most of all we can also watch youtube videos with out any type of stop and downloads with double speeds.

Faisalabad is the Manchester of Pakistan

Faisalabad is the Manchester of Pakistan and a business hub too, the main business of Faisalabad is textile and textile related products. And in Faisalabad there are most rich men of Pakistan lived and being very popular and rich men as well as politicians these personalities use their names to start any type of business and utilize their resources in legal and illegal ways and some times borrow the loans from some banks and then there is no way to refund these loans back to banks. And the result is bank crupt. And all Burdon is on the genral people of Pakistan in shape of taxes and bank charges etc.

I am explaining this all because in Faisalabad there was a public project start by local govt for cheap transportation. But this transportation is the big problem of the city and there is no concept of these types of buses travel in the city root.
This project was METRO MANTHAR buss service. And this project is finance by SMEDA.
Its 3 or 4 years before started plan and still running. In the start brand new busses was given to route and there is no regular maintenance of the busses and now these busses are so called BUSSES. Here is the picture of metro manthar bus which is stopped in main square of koh-e-noor and passengers of this bus is pushing to restart the bus because its fails to start by itself and this happened in Faisalabad every where…
